Description

The Function of the Facilities Management Customer Service Representative is to serve as the full time, on-site representative of Sharp Business Systems at a specific client location.

SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Running print and copy jobs for users
* Keeping track of resources used per job ordering supplies needed to complete project via Office Services.
* Ordering supplies to replenish ones used from Office Supplies/notify supplies used
* Maintaining supplies for re-occurring projects
* Keeping proper inventory of all supplies necessary for equipment use
* Facilitating print-shop requests (i.e. binding, laminating)
* Packaging and delivery of completed jobs to customers
* Checking equipment daily
* Checking and changing toners on all printers on the maintenance contract
* Ordering toners for faxes and changing as needed.
* Loading paper, checking toner, cleaning machines (if dirty)
* Filling out logs for all Sharp machines in service at location
* Reporting any service related issues to Service Department
* Ordering supplies of Sharp and HP printers
* Reporting network connectivity issues to IT Department

Customer Service
* Completing weekly report and submitting to Office Services supervisor for all completed projects
* Supporting client mailroom as needed
* Placing service calls when necessary
* Fielding problem calls from users
* Maintaining availability to assist users with any printing issues
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
* Previous experience working with copiers and postage machines a plus
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to work independently, remotely and with minimal supervision
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to prioritize projects and maintain flexibility to shift priorities as necessary
* Must possess basic mathematical skills especially arithmetic
* Ability to walk, stoop, bend, and lift 50 pounds
