Job Related Training Courses, Licensing and Programs: The EFA (Employee of Future Agent) position is a temporary, full time position with full time hours with State Farm Insurance Companies. Within 30-90 days of the start of employment, the successful candidate will be expected to have satisfactorily completed the training and licensing. Upon completion, the EFA will be considered for permanent employment with a State Farm Agent.
