WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?
Serves as a liaison between various State Farm Agency Field Offices and Agency Recruiting
Creates, prepares, executes and provides coaching for the Agency Intern Learning Path at the Zone level
Monitors and directs New Agent appointment activities for all zone new agent appointments
Effectively moves agency interns forward in the process in the face of licensing status, intern schedule, field development, appointment activities, etc. Tracks progress of intern licensing and required classes during the intern process
Attends Agency Intern Coordinator conference calls and/or annual conferences hosted by Corporate L&D and communicates to appropriate agency field leadership
WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?

Position requires travel via commercial transportation or driving a motor vehicle

Position involves 25% travel
Location TBD - will be in Rohnert Park or Irvine
